Samuel Bryceland

Chairman, Head of Investor Relations

Samuel Bryceland is a successful business person who has served as president and CEO of various companies in the graphic arts, telecom and electronic industries. He has over 35 years of experience working in these industries where he has specialized in acquiring and developing profitable operating companies. He has joined Intelligent Imaging Inc. as CEO and investor with a view to working with the team in establishing a strong company, taking it public and growing it to a worldwide respected company in the optical surveillance market. Mr. Bryceland graduated as a Chartered Accountant from Queens University in Canada.

Scott Jones


Mr. Jones has over 28 years of experience in management, as well as hardware and software design experience with high technology products, including microprocessor servo systems, optical laser systems, military fire controls and integrated circuit cards utilized during the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. Mr. Jones has extensive experience with military, commercial, banking and university markets with the sale of technology and associated products. He is considered internationally as a pioneer and leader in the development of smart card technology and products. His work in micro-processing extends from bread board to complete subsystems for mainframe, mini and microcomputers. As Vice President of Smart Card Solutions, Mr. Jones was responsible for the manufacture of card readers with a production staff of twenty employees. Smart card Solutions provided more than 4 million smart cards for the German telephone company. Mr. Jones is the co-founder of Dietary Systems, Inc. of Marietta, Georgia. Dietary Systems develops and markets custom software and hardware packages for food production and meal accountability for universities and hospitals. Mr. Jones was responsible for the installation of over 3,000 of these systems. Mr. Jones was also responsible for field engineering for Eaton Leonard Corporation which manufactures CAD/CAM equipment for the aerospace and automotive industry. As Southeastern Regional Manager for BEI Electronics, Mr. Jones worked with several aerospace companies in the development of optical shaft encoder-based servo systems for pointing payload packages to precise angular position. Mr. Jones attended the Florida Institute of Space Technology.

Spence Walker, BComm, CA, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Walker joined the firm DNTW Chartered Accountants, LLP, as a partner in 2004. Previously, Spence was with a mid-size accounting firm where he gained experience with US and Canadian public company clients, a niche he continues to do a significant amount of work in. He is the engagement or concurring partner on over 20 of the DNTW’s audit clients, which operate in real estate, hotel, technology and mining industries to name a few. Spence earned his BComm in 2001 from Ryerson University, his CA designation in 2003 and his CPA designation in 2004. In 2007, Spence took on the responsibility for leading DNTW’s audit services and has overall responsibility for the Toronto (Markham) office. He currently holds positions as CFO or Director of several public and private companies. Spence is also an expert in Scientific Research and Experimental Development (“SR&ED”) tax credits in Canada. Mr. Walker heads the SR&ED division of DNTW from the Markham office.

Terry A. Hutchinson

Vice President, Airport Services

Mr. Hutchinson has 30 years experience in senior management and owner of electrical and general contracting companies, specializing in airport applications. His background encompasses industrial, commercial, military, airfield construction, marine and underground utilities. Mr. Hutchinson has performed installations in commercial and general aviation (GA) airports throughout the southeastern United States. He has executed projects involving complete airport lighting systems, to include airfield lighting control systems (ALCS), air traffic control towers, beacons, runway end identifier light systems (REILS), precision approach path indicator systems (PAPIS), access control and many other aviation navaids. Additionally, Mr. Hutchinson has constructed above and below ground projects consisting of electrical vaults, marine vaults, and manholes (pull boxes), in addition to beacon towers, obstruction towers, cellular towers (both concrete & steel), and other electro mechanical designs both on and off airport property. Mr. Hutchinson has assisted airports with value engineering projects, design/build as well as other industries. His ability and familiarity with all aspects of airport procedures and more make Mr. Hutchinson a valuable addition to Intelligent Imaging.

Michael D. Pitts

Director of Special Products

Mr. Pitts acquired a degree in Fine Arts from The University of Georgia, and then served as an educator for 10 years. For the past 30 years he has successfully led a company which produces high temperature ceramic products. In this capacity Mr. Pitts developed proprietary processes using chemical compounds in order to maximize product durability for the end user. His experience and manufacturing efforts focused primarily on fabricating custom ceramic, wood and metal forms and structures tailored to his customer’s unique needs and specifications. He has served as both a contractor and engineer in projects for the restoration of historical structures. Intelligent Imaging believes the addition of Mr. Pitts to the organization will be mutually beneficial because his special skills and past experiences.

Kieran Foster


Mr. Foster has over 25 years’ experience leading organizations in both the U.S. military and in the broadcast manufacturing industry. As a senior leader in military broadcasting, Mr. Foster led numerous award winning news organizations and served as the senior leader while covering the first gulf war for the Department of Defense. Mr. Foster concluded his military career at the Defense Information School as a senior course instructor and leader for more than 2,500 multi-service students. Mr. Foster won numerous leadership awards during his career with the military and was honorably discharged. As a leader in the broadcast manufacturing industry, Mr. Foster created value by achieving business unit performance turnarounds, leading global solution-based sales initiatives, spearheading organizational change programs, and building productive cross-functional and multicultural business relationships. Mr. Foster established himself as a successful sales and operations executive combining expertise in strategic planning, international sales channel development and management, new business development, and solution-based selling resulting in improved margins, revenues, market footprints, and cost control. Mr. Foster has held positions in Australia, Canada, England, Italy, Singapore, and the United States. He currently resides in Toronto, Canada.

Leland J. Peters

Partner, Advanced Optics Group

Mr. Peters has worked in the aerospace-optical industry for more than 40 years, founding and operating several manufacturing businesses in optical components, interferometry test instruments and system fabrication. He has business operation experience in all areas of administration and management. After completing studies in math and physics at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts he worked as a Photo/optical engineer for Itek Corporation where he gained extensive experience with laser interferometry testing, and later with Diffraction Ltd. directed research, development and production of Scatter Interferometer for the commercial market. In the early 70s at Honeywell as a section optical engineer he was responsible for support for the Earth Limb Sensor, the HIRIS Interferometer and the TMS-High Off-Axis Rejection, Wide Angle Spectrometer. He later co-founded Random Devices, Inc., and as general manager he was responsible for sales, marketing, finance, operations, production and personnel. There he was directly involved in all phases of optical fabrication, developing new techniques for rapid precision grinding polishing of glass, metal and plastic components. He co-founded the Massachusetts Instruments Corporation, forming the company to exploit a new Configuration Laser for Optical testing, known today as “MIC-1” He founded Capricorn Optical Corporation producing on and off-axis, metal aspheric optical components. Mr. Peters is currently founder and general manager for Aspheric Technologies, Inc., where he developed innovative methods and machinery for grinding large cylindrical metal reflective panels and the process for polishing bare aluminum to a specular optical finish.

Dan Boyuk, C.E.T.

Partner - Crude Oil Protection Division

Dan Boyuk is an independent consultant working in the Alternative Energy, Construction and Mining Industries. He is a scholar’s graduate of Cambrian College and attained his certifications in Civil and Mining Engineering in 1995. He has received numerous engineering awards for his accomplishments. Dan is a partner in a solar energy company which generates solar electric power for the electrical distribution grid throughout the province of Ontario, Canada. He has spent 15 years working in the alternative energy, construction and mining industries where he has held positions of increasing responsibility. His extensive experience includes project management, supervision, specification writing, estimating, tender review and award, commissioning, quality control, equipment design, sales and marketing.
